Food Diary continued

Here's today's list. Think I'm doing better. Trying to make some conscious food choices--think when I actually purchase something instead of automatically choosing what my stomach desires.

Coffee with sugar and milk
Soy latte with sugar
Oatmeal with raisins, tiny bit of brown sugar
Handful of bbq rice chips
3 chocolate squares
1/2 cup or so of barley salad with raisins and broccolli
Wheat berry salad with pork and broccolli
